Revival of 'Dear Marie Stopes' at King's Place

Very pleased that my chamber opera ‘Dear Marie Stopes’ will be coming to King’s Place next month. The opera explores timely issues of birth control and women’s bodily freedom, with a text drawn from an intimate archive of letters written from the public to birth control pioneer Marie Stopes, in response to her 1918 sex manual ‘Married Love’.
